ICL has unequalled experience in aviation negotiation and litigation, maritime arbitration and disputes, insurance, bank guarantee issues and commercial contract negotiations and disputes.
We operate directly in many jurisdictions including England, France, Middle East, and have reliable correspondent lawyers in most other jurisdictions.
ICL has a tight partner lead team with hands on approach. Our clients deal directly with the partners to ensure efficient communication. The cases are handled directly by the partners to ensure best handling of all aspects. This also reduces fees, there being no need for the client to bear the extra cost and time of giving experience to junior lawyers.
Due to its system of case management, ICL charges fees considerably less than those of firms carrying out similar work. We are available at all times and we are happy to provide a preliminary opinion quickly and without charge.
